**Job Overview** As a Receiving / In\-Stock Supervisor, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by coordinating shipping and receiving, inventory control, and the flow of materials through the facility. You’ll lead a team, use inventory management systems and warehouse management systems to track stock, and partner across logistics and distribution center operations to keep products accurate and accessible. Your impact: Accurate receiving and inventory processes help warehouse teams locate products and fulfill orders reliably. * Use Microsoft Office to maintain reports, coordinate logistics, and share updates with team members and partners. * · Direct Supervision over receiving and In\-Stock shipping personnel. * · Consistently interpret and enforce plant policies and practices regarding performance, safety, etc. * · Develop and support a **5 S** mindset in respective areas * · Oversee training of new employees and sign off on completion * · Make sure shipping and receiving personnel have appropriate tools and materials to do their job. * · Ensure required daily forms and reports are completed accurately * · Cut shippers daily as necessary per customer orders * Coordinate deliverie...
