Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and directing the firm's financial strategy and fiscal functions to ensure effective financial management, organizational stability, and sustained performance across all business and administrative operations. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ ### **Financial Strategy and Executive Leadership** * Serve as the principal financial advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors (BOD). * Provide strategic leadership on the financial affairs of the firm, including investment decisions, evaluation of potential contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. * Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate goals and long\-term growth. * Advise the CEO and BOD on capital structure, cash management, and optimal use of debt and credit. * Provide periodic evaluation of business performance and financial risks, and identify opportunities for improved performance to leaders of administrative functions and those with profit and loss (P\&L) responsibility in operations. * Perform other related work as apparent or assigned. ### **Financi...
