**Construction Manager** Greater Los Angeles Area, California ?? Full\-Time ICO is seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee tenant improvement (TI), capital improvement (CAPEX), renovations, and development projects across a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This individual will serve as the owner's representative and be responsible for managing projects from planning and budgeting through construction and final closeout. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong construction knowledge, financial acumen, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and cost control.
