Lead **Position Summary:** Leads are responsible for the day\-to\-day Janitorial operations and activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Performs supervisory and routine janitorial activities at an assigned building, hospital, warehouse, shopping mall, school or other facility to maintain buildings, common areas, locker rooms and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building. Responsible for client communication and satisfaction, working closely and directly with clients on a daily basis. **MUST BE BILINGUAL** **Essential Functions:** * Interface with maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects * Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines * Maintain all compliance and safety regulations * Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins. * Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. * Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns. * Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings. * E...
