The **Regional Manager of Recruiting Operations** will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full\-cycle recruiting process for a region of PAM Health. This individual will lead a team of Talent Engagement Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers, collaborate with department heads, and ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with PAM Health’s growth objectives and vision.
