This role ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all plants and field crews. Key performance indicators include safety, P\&L performance, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, process efficiency/quality, and organizational growth. The Division Manager oversees all departments and functions associated with asphalt operations, ensuring effective coordination, collaboration, and alignment between office and field personnel.
