OVERVIEW The Branch Controller (BC) works closely with the Branch Manager (BM), supporting the BM by managing the administrative and accounting functions at the Branch. The BC reports to the VP\-Treasurer regarding financial and policy or procedural matters. This role leads the financial and administrative activities at the branch to assure compliance with corporate standard operating procedures. QUALIFICATIONS * 10\+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance; Construction preferred. * 3\+ years of management and assessment of financial performance experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required. * Proficient in MS Office products and high capability in advanced analytics using spreadsheet software. * Ability to analyze financial results on projects and assist project management with development of action plans to maintain performance levels and profitability expectations of their projects. * Ability to work efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision.
