Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join its Industrial team. The position can be based in Bakersfield, CA, City of Industry, CA, Fresno, CA, Pleasanton, CA, Roseville, CA, or San Diego, CA. This exciting opportunity provides leadership responsibility for a district sales organization while managing customers, products, sales resources, and distribution channels. The role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth, expand market share, develop talent, and lead a team within Eaton’s North American Sales Division. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- The role will be responsible for managing a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market to achieve planned results for the district.
