We are looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** to join our team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving qualified demand and occupancy across select trips departing within the next 10–12 months. The role combines strategic planning, campaign management, performance analytics and hands\-on creative execution.
