This is a remote position. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. This position works within a project team managed by an Engagement Leader. As such, this position will plan, manage, and coordinate project activities for all projects assigned to the team to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. ***Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** * Coordinates EHR projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Develops project initiation process by creating project plans and timetables, and tracking execution and workflow; prepares, presents, and distributes project status reports * Builds and maintains working relationships with customers, team members, vendors and other departments involved in the projects * Supports the Engagement Leader and the Project Team by monitoring assigned project implementations; ensures deadlines are met, escalates issues for appropriate, timely resolution and adheres to standardized project management * Serves as...
