Position Summary The Leadership Services Coordinator serves as a critical partner to the Managing Directors and Partners/General Agents, providing operational, administrative, and program support across advisor development, recruiting, and client engagement initiatives. This role serves as the operational hub for leadership, advisor development, recruiting, and client engagement initiatives, ensuring programs, processes, and stakeholder experiences are executed with excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment where managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships are essential to success.
