**Your day, your impact** ------------------------- Start your morning scanning SAP MRP exceptions, translating demand signals into clean, accurate purchase orders. You’ll line up confirmations with suppliers, expedite critical materials, and keep production flowing without a hitch. As the day unfolds, you’ll troubleshoot invoice and delivery discrepancies with Accounting/AP and vendors, maintain pristine data in SAP/ERP, and close the loop by reporting key procurement and inventory KPIs. ### **What you'll handle** * Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders via MRP and manage them end to end. * Create, place, confirm, and steward POs through delivery, expediting when needed. * Continuously monitor MRP to determine what to buy and the timing required for on\-time supply. * Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to resolve delivery, purchasing, and invoicing issues. * Track inventory positions; analyze backorders, cost variances, and supplier performance gaps. * Keep SAP/ERP purchasing and supply chain data current, clean, and actionable. * Produce and share key metrics on inventory health and procurement effectiveness. * Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufactur...
