United Construction Group (UCG) is a locally owned and operated general contractor based in Kapolei, Hawaii. We use a design\-build approach on residential and commercial projects, and we also pursue state and federal work. We put the customer journey first, and our goal is to improve our community and our clients' lives. We are looking for a Sales Leader to help grow our business by building client relationships, finding project opportunities, and guiding clients from the first consultation to a signed agreement. This is a commission\-based independent contractor position. Pay is earned entirely through commissions and bonuses, with no base salary or hourly wage. **About the Role** Our sales team is the face and voice of UCG. You will work with homeowners, developers, property managers, business owners, and government clients to understand their project goals and connect them with the right construction solution, including remodeling and renovation, ground\-up construction, design\-build projects, private developments, service contracts, and state and federal projects.
