**Schedule:** Full time, Monday to Friday. About 3 to 4 weeks, with a chance to stay on through winter. **About us** Freshwater Landscaping is a growing, locally owned landscape and snow company serving commercial properties around Lake Minnetonka and the west metro. We're filling our last commercial snow routes for the 2026\-27 season, and we have more interested property owners than we can close. We need a closer, now. **This is not a cold calling job** Our setters book the leads. Our system builds the quotes. Your job is to talk to people who already asked for a price, understand their property, and close the account. You'll have a full pipeline from day one. **What you'll do** * Screen leads booked by our setters with a real conversation about the property, the current vendor and what they need * Measure parking lots and sidewalks with online mapping tools * Run our in\-house quoting system (we train you, it's fast) and get proposals out the same day * Follow up and close: handle objections, answer questions, get the signature * Keep the pipeline sheet current every day * Work side by side with the owner **You're a fit if you** * Have closed deals before, in any industry, and l...
