SUMMARY: The Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) Business Partner provides financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the Company's vertically integrated operations, including cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, and corporate functions. This position partners with the Vice President and business leaders to evaluate financial and operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide forward\-looking insights and recommendations that support profitability, cash flow, and informed business decisions. The FP\&A Business Partner is expected to operate with a high degree of independence and exercise sound judgment in managing assigned responsibilities.
