**Job Summary** GSec LLC is hiring an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to help us manage multiple client security programs. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with multiple small to mid\-sized defense contractors instead of being tied to a single facility, this role is for you. You will act as the day\-to\-day FSO (or delegated FSO) for a portfolio of clients, keeping their industrial security programs running smoothly, audit\-ready, and compliant with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DCSA expectations. All work is remote unless we need boots on the ground for a self\-inspection or security review. **What You’ll Be Doing** **Managing Multiple Client Security Programs** * Own and manage multiple cleared client portfolios simultaneously. * Serve as each client’s go\-to industrial security expert, advisor, and problem\-solver. * Balance competing priorities, deadlines, and personalities while keeping programs compliant and moving forward. **Personnel Security (PERSEC)** * Handle the full clearance lifecycle across clients, including submissions, upgrades, transfers, and periodic reinvestigations. * Maintain accurate clearance rosters, access lists, and briefing/debrief...
