Description: **Summary** The Value Stream Manager is responsible for the overall performance of an assigned value stream, leading all production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Value Stream Manager directs Supervisors and team members to ensure resources are aligned with customer demand, operational priorities, and business goals. This position serves as the operational leader for the value stream and is accountable for execution, continuous improvement, employee development, and achieving key performance targets. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** **Operational Leadership** * Lead all activities within the value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. * Manage resource allocation, staffing, capacity, and production priorities to meet customer requirements. * Ensure execution of the production plan and adherence to operational schedules. * Address production constraints and implement solutions that improve performance and workflow. **People Leadership** * Lead, develop, and coach Supervisors and frontline teams. * Build a culture of accountability, engagem...
