**Your Role and Impact** ------------------------ As a Mechanical Engineer Specialist – Structural Analysis (Nuclear), you will provide advanced mechanical analysis expertise supporting Flowserve products and nuclear applications. You will evaluate structural, thermal, vibration, and rotor dynamic performance to help ensure designs meet customer requirements, applicable codes, and Flowserve quality standards. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, project teams, and customers to solve complex technical challenges. Your analyses will support product development, customer orders, aftermarket projects, and continuous improvement across pumps, seals, valves, turbines, skids, and related equipment. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Perform structural, thermal, vibration, torsional, lateral, and rotor dynamic analyses for nuclear and other critical\-service applications. * Evaluate pressure\-containing and rotating equipment designs against customer requirements, applicable codes, and internal standards. * Use finite element analysis and hand calculations to assess stress, strain, fatigue life, natural frequencies, and dynamic stability. * Review design...
