Pennoni is hiring! In particular, we are looking for a *Senior Civil Engineer* who can also serve as our *Project Manager* while contributing a variety of projects on a full\-time, direct basis at our office in Milton, DE. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Development of construction drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents. * Providing civil engineering design services, including site planning, infrastructure design, and stormwater management. * Project types will be diverse: Commerical and Residential (including Single \& Multi\-Family structures). * Projects will include Paving, Drainage, Grading, Water \& Wastewater, and other related work. * Contribute to problem solving efforts in a team environment; this includes mentoring other Engineers. * Coordinate with clients and attend meetings (as needed) while representing the company in a positive \& responsible manner. * Managing communication and coordination among various teams (internal and external), including contractors, architects, and government agencies * Contribute to marketing, planning, scoping, management, and coordination of all technical \& financial aspects of assigned projects. * Defining projec...
