**Overview** Traditions of America – a national leader in the development of 55\+ lifestyle communities, seeks a seasoned, motivated and highly organized Community Construction Manager for our Southpointe Community located in Canonsburg, PA. This is a fast\-paced and detail\-oriented role. This role reports to the EVP of Homebuilding. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Supervision and training of all construction staff, including supervisors, technicians, laborers, and administrators. * Management of all physical aspects of the Community ensuring proper presentation and safety. * Control of all scheduling to meet customer delivery commitments. * Ensuring quality construction and compliance with all specifications. * Mitigation of any conditions that would result in unfavorable cost variances. * Maintaining professional and productive relationships with all customers to achieve our customer satisfaction objectives. * Responsible for assisting and overseeing site construction activity, sales and design and coordination with the HOA. **Skills \& Abilities** * Effective management, motivation and training of staff * Ability to avoid cost over runs * Strong communication skills * Commitm...
