**Position Summary** The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) plays a crucial role in supporting providers and ensuring the efficient operation of clinical services at North American Mental Health Services. This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with administrative and clinical tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for patients and staff. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** * Coordinate care and communication with **psychiatrists, case managers, pharmaceutical reps, clinical personnel and other behavioral health professionals** to ensure continuity of services.
