AI Engineer **Experience:** 10\+ years total IT, with 4\+ years in AI **Job Type: 3 days Onsite,** **Contract W2 role** Responsibilities * Design and build AI agents and copilots using **Microsoft Copilot Studio**. * Develop **RAG** pipelines (ingestion, embedding, indexing, retrieval, generation). * Build and query **knowledge graphs** to improve answer accuracy. * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs. * Evaluate and optimize output quality, latency, and cost. Required Skills * 10\+ years total IT experience; 4\+ years in AI/GenAI solutions. * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. * Strong experience with RAG and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.). * Experience with knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Cosmos DB Gremlin, or similar). * Experience with LLM frameworks (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel). * Proficiency in Python and REST APIs. * Cloud experience, preferably Azure. Preferred * Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse). * Microsoft AI certifications Pay: $60\.00 \- $75\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
