Leads the day\-to\-day operations of the Motion Solutions shop, overseeing remanufacturing, repair, and light manufacturing activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations. This role coordinates workflow, assigns priorities, monitors performance, and resolves routine operational issues within established processes and policies. Working closely with Customer Service, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Branch Leadership, the manager supports execution of shop objectives, drives service quality, and contributes to continuous improvement across the operation. **Salary: $70K \- $90K Annually \| DOE** **Primary Duties:** * Manage and coordinate the daily flow of work through the shop, assigning work based on project requirements, technician skill, and resource availability. * Lead daily production planning with Project Management, Engineering, and other partners to establish priorities, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion of customer work. * Serve as a key point of coordination between shop employees and internal or external customers to resolve issues, communicate status, and support a high level of service. *...
