**Mechanical Engineer** We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team at ModixUSA in Kaukauna, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our expanded polystyrene (EPS) processing equipment, from conceptualizing and designing complex machinery to interacting with suppliers and overseeing production. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to design, develop, and test automated machinery and industrial systems that meet strict quality, performance, and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Machinery \& Tooling Design:** Create detailed 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and system assemblies for EPS molding machinery, pre\-expanders, cutting lines, and custom automation systems. * **Thermal \& Structural Analysis:** Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and fluid/thermal simulations (CFD) to validate structural integrity, steam/vacuum distribution, and thermal efficiency. * **Prototyping \& Equipment Testing:** Design, build, and troubleshoot physical prototypes and production\-ready equipment to evaluate durability, safety, and operational efficiency. * **Design for Manufacturing (DFM):** Apply DF...
