The Director, Revenue Cycle \& Patient Management Applications is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, optimization, and support of all technology solutions supporting Patient Management and Revenue Cycle operations across PAM Health. This role serves as the primary liaison between operational business leaders and the Information Systems organization, ensuring technology solutions effectively support patient management and admissions functions, registration and ADT workflows, case management processes, billing and claims operations, reimbursement activities, finance/budgeting, and revenue integrity initiatives. The Director leads application strategy, vendor management, project delivery, operational support, and a team of analysts and implementation specialists while driving innovation, automation, and process improvements that enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
