**Overview** We are seeking a highly experienced, detail\-oriented, and results\-driven **Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with an active CPA license** to oversee our company's financial operations, accounting accuracy, internal controls, financial reporting, and long\-term financial strategy. Our organization already has an established accounting team responsible for day\-to\-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions. The CFO will be responsible for independently overseeing and evaluating the accounting department, verifying the accuracy and integrity of financial records, identifying financial discrepancies and potential irregularities, and ensuring the company's financial resources are properly managed and protected.
