**Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer** **Overview:** Olgoonik is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to lead day\-to\-day contractor operations supporting a DLA Distribution Susquehanna Packaging House. The Project Supervisor will serve as the contractor’s on\-site supervisor and primary point of contact for Government representatives and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of PPP\&M and material movement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse leadership experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage personnel and workload in a fast\-paced DLA distribution environment. **Primary Responsibilities:*** Serve as the on\-site contractor supervisor and primary point of contact for Government representatives. * Plan, coordinate, and manage daily contractor operations and workforce assignments. * Participate in daily workload planning meetings with the Government TPOC. * Review available workload, staffing, production requirements, discrepancies, and prior\-day accomplishments. * Ensure personnel are assigned effectively to meet daily workload requiremen...
