The North America team is seeking an Aftermarket Distribution Center Manager for our Clear Lake, Iowa facility. The Aftermarket Distribution Center Manager is responsible for driving profitable aftermarket parts growth while leading the daily operations of the Clear Lake, IA facility. This role owns operational execution of the aftermarket business, ensuring exceptional service levels for dealers and customers through inventory availability, order fulfillment excellence, and proactive sales leadership. The position serves as the key link between Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, and Distribution Operations to improve parts availability, increase aftermarket revenue, support dealer development, and deliver industry\-leading customer satisfaction.
