This role partners with Bakery Managers and District Leadership to provide exceptional guest service, develop team members, maintain brand standards, and support sales, labor, and operational goals. This is a multi\-bakery position requiring regular travel between assigned locations. The Assistant Bakery Manager provides leadership coverage and support based on staffing, business volume, training needs, manager availability, and operational priorities.
