**Basic Purpose** Leads the planning and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary capital construction projects supporting NV Energy’s general office, operations center, service center, and other company facilities. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Leads the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, cost estimates, schedule, cash flow, procurement strategy, resource requirements, risk assessments, communication plans, and required approvals. * Manages capital construction projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, occupancy, and final closeout. * Works with internal customers and stakeholders to identify business and operational requirements, translates requirements into an actionable scope of work, evaluate alternatives, and develop recommendations for approval. * Establishes project objectives, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, roles, responsibilities, and decision\-making processes. * Coordinates the development of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, security, audiovisual, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other project req...
