**Residential Sales Executive (Telecommunications)** **Cal\-Ore Communications \| Northern California** Cal\-Ore Communications is seeking a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Northern California service areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and sell to new residential customers (door\-to\-door and outbound calls) * Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions * Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce * Prepare and deliver proposals (in\-person and virtual) * Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas * Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery **Minimum \& Preferred Qualifications** * 1–3 years of sales experience (telecom preferred) * Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills * Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline * CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed **Compensation \& ...
