**JOB SUMMARY** The division manager position is responsible for ensuring the safe and productive day\-to\-day distribution activities of the retail and terminal operation. The ideal candidate will be a hands on team leader that motivates the division staff, while providing guidance and direction to obtaining the goals of the division. In addition to being a team leader, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a high level of customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of our retail propane operations and have the ability to utilize current and future computer software tools to enhance division efficiencies.
