OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Sr Transportation \& Logistics Coordinator. Additional requirements: Required Experience: Proven experience managing high volumes of truck shipments and deliveries Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations Experience coordinating carriers, brokers, drivers, and project teams Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment Proficiency with transportation management systems, scheduling, and shipment tracking Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills Preferred Experience: Construction, manufacturing, or project\-based logistics experience Flatbed, specialized freight, and oversized load coordination Vendor and carrier relationship management Cost control and transportation planning Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily transportation activity for large\-scale projects Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight Work closely with project teams, suppliers, carriers, and field personnel Resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate shipment updates Ensure transportation requirements, documentation, and safety standards are met ...
