**POSITION SUMMARY** The Marketing Director is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing Burger Boat Company's marketing strategy in support of its business objectives, luxury brand positioning, sales growth, product strategy, and long\-term market development. Working closely with the Chief Sales \& Marketing Officer, the Marketing Director serves as the day\-to\-day steward of the Burger brand, ensuring that its key brand attributes, craftsmanship, design, innovation, quality, and luxury positioning are consistently and effectively expressed across all customer and marketplace touchpoints. The position provides strategic and operational leadership across brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, content, public relations, events, customer experience, sales enablement, product launches, market intelligence, and external marketing resources.
