Tri\-City Group is currently seeking a Project Controls Manager for DeKalb, IL. The Project Controls Manager will lead cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and performance tracking across construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining project schedules, and providing critical insights into project health through KPIs, earned value analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage cost control, forecasting, projections, and earned value tracking * Support scheduling development, implementation, and progress tracking * Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools * Lead project\-level billing processes, including AIA and client requirements * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, documentation, and reporting standards * Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership and clients * Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies * Track and manage change orders, cost impacts, and schedule adjustments * Align budgets, cost codes, and schedules for accurate project tracking * Support cash flow monitoring and financial health of ...
