The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful execution of Audio\-Visual integration projects by applying structured project management practices across all phases of delivery. This role ensures alignment between client expectations, internal teams, and project objectives while maintaining control over scope, schedule, quality, and communication. The PM leads cross\-functional teams, manages project documentation and schedules, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks.
