**POSITION SUMMARY** The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in leading the day\-to\-day operation of a select\-service hotel. This is a highly visible, hands\-on leadership position responsible for guest service, front office operations, housekeeping coordination, breakfast or limited food\-and\-beverage service where applicable, property condition, staffing, financial controls, safety, and brand standards.
