**We’re Hiring \| Business Development Director – RFP \& Strategic Bidding \| US Healthcare RCM** **Location:** Tampa \- Florida **Industry:** Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) We are looking for an experienced RFP \& Strategic Bidding professional to drive large\-scale business opportunities in the healthcare market. **Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and execute strategic RFP procurement and bidding strategies for hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations. * Identify and track RFP/RFI opportunities through hospital procurement portals, GPOs, government platforms, and commercial RFP intelligence tools. * Lead the end\-to\-end RFP lifecycle, including opportunity identification, bid/no\-bid decisions, proposal development, pricing, presentations, and contract negotiations. * Build a proactive RFP pipeline by tracking procurement opportunities, incumbent vendors, contract renewals, and upcoming bids. * Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to develop competitive proposals and scalable RCM solutions. * Drive strategic positioning for end\-to\-end RCM services, automation, AI\-enabled solutions, and revenue cycle ...
