**Director of Sales \& Marketing** **Join Our** **Sales and Marketing Team** CHL Systems is seeking an experienced Director of Sales \& Marketing to lead the company’s commercial strategy and drive profitable growth across our custom automation, material handling, engineered equipment, service, and aftermarket businesses. This is a high\-visibility, salaried/exempt leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director will lead Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Estimating, bringing these functions together around a clear commercial strategy, disciplined sales execution, and shared revenue and profitability goals. CHL develops custom, engineered solutions around each customer’s operations. We are looking for a hands\-on commercial leader who understands complex technical sales and can connect our engineering and manufacturing capabilities with clear customer value.
