**District Manager** -------------------- #### **Dover, DE** **Your role in our success will be:** The District Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sharp retail branch operations, including supervision of team, staff development and training of the retail propane district operations and margin management and control of expenses of the assigned district. The role leads district operations within an assigned service area to safely deliver propane for our customers and the communities that we serve. The role is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the district within the assigned service area. **What you’ll be working on:** * Reports district financial and operational performance weekly or as required by regional management. * Reviews and adjusts retail pricing in coordination with regional management. * Uses key metrics provided by operational reporting to manage business, including delivery exceptions, customer AR, and delivery holds. * Manages district expenses, including staff allocation, overtime, controllable delivery expenses, and other costs. * Performs customer calls and field visits for the purposes o...
