**SUMMARY** D This a rotational role that will perform a hybrid of responsibilities of both the Lead Warehouse Associate and Operations Coordinator jobs and will handle both operational and administrative responsibilities in the Regional Distribution Center (RDC). As a Lead Warehouse Associate, assists the RDC Warehouse Operations Manager with developing the daily outbound workload and resource plan, distributing work assignments to warehouse employees, and working with the Warehouse Operations Manager performing assignments/duties if the workload requires. Works in concert with transportation carriers on the dock to ensure accurate on\-time deliveries and scheduled pick\-ups. This is a hands\-on position and is expected to be a very strong contributor in their specific work area. This position is the first person to coach, assist, and motivate fellow Warehouse Associates and is responsible for communicating with retailers, processing retailer claims, and timekeeping duties.
