**Job Description** Shepherd Response is looking for a Construction Manager to join our Western North Carolina team. As a residential Construction Manager, you will supervise and coordinate every part of the construction process. You'll be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of \[40–60] residential building projects and \[4–6] project managers. This means working with a range of stakeholders, ensuring quality workmanship, and following safety and regulatory standards. The role also includes managing resources, solving problems, and making sure projects finish on time and within budget. As a growing operation, this position will carry substantial administrative duties, and the candidate must be able to wear multiple hats. The candidate must be able to implement processes and workflows that help build a highly efficient company. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * **Project Planning:** Develop comprehensive project plans, define goals, set timelines, and oversee project scope.
