**Job Overview** Controller to assist the CFO in overseeing accounting for a large portfolio of single purpose entities for a well\-established family\-owned real estate development firm located in Hattiesburg, MS. This role requires expertise in accounting, financial statement preparation, and oversight of tax preparation for approximately 80 single purpose partnerships. Knowledge of construction accounting and partnership tax preparation is desired. Looking for someone with a strong work ethic that is highly organized. The Controller will work with the CFO and the Director of Finance as needed. Full\-time in person position only. Salary depends on experience.
