**Location: Burbank, California** **Job Type: Contract** **Compensation Range: $40 \- 43 per hour** This role supports the internal Paid Social team on the day\-to\-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit. The candidate will build and traffic campaigns, ad sets/groups, and creative assets through platform\-direct ad managers or social management platforms (such as Sprinklr or Smartly), as well as ad servers like CM360, following established naming convention protocols and 3P tagging requirements. **Responsibilities:** * QA of campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards. * Assisting with audience targeting strategy using platform\-specific social insights. * Monitoring campaign performance and delivery against flight dates and budget targets, and proactively flagging or recommending adjustments (including makegoods) in coordination with the media buying team; supporting monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, including working with internal BI teams to correct data or naming issues. * Assisting with billing accuracy, including invoice tracki...
