Position Summary: The Sales Manager plays a critical role in Toteco Packaging’s success. This role is responsible for identifying and guiding opportunities through the sales process, which ultimately drives revenue and growth. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the territory Account Manager, ensuring supplier product inventory is maintained while executing the company’s sales strategy. This position reports into the Sales Director and follows directives regarding pricing strategy, supplier and customer management. · Oversee and Coordinate Sales Activities within assigned territory: o Midwest US o Southern US o Eastern and Southern Mexico o Middle and Eastern Canada · Maintains Customer Relationships, Provides Education and Resources. Visits Customer Manufacturing/Processing locations · Responsible for overseeing entered customer orders, determining supplier inventory, and ensuring product delivery due dates are achieved.
