**Reports To:** Chief Financial Officer **Position Type:** Full\-Time **POSITION SUMMARY** The Controller is a hands\-on financial leader responsible for leading the Accounting function and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company's financial reporting. This role owns the monthly close, financial statements, internal controls, audit coordination, compliance, and accounting processes while developing and strengthening the Accounting team. The Controller serves as a key business partner to the CFO and operational leaders, helping stakeholders understand financial performance, identify key business drivers, and make informed decisions that improve profitability and business performance. This role also serves as a key liaison between Parkson's Finance team and our parent company's Finance team, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely delivery of financial reporting, analysis, and other information.
