**Job Summary:** The Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst combines business intelligence, financial and operational analysis, and senior accounting responsibilities within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Approximately 60% of the role focuses on business intelligence, analytics, executive reporting, and planning; the other 40% supports accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role integrates financial, clinical, operational, workforce, and revenue\-cycle information to support executive decisions and organizational performance improvement. Reports to the Controller and works closely with the CFO and executive leadership team; collaborates with Finance, Operations, Clinical Services, Revenue Cycle, Human Resources, and Information Technology. **Essential Functions:** The approximate distribution of duties is 60% business intelligence/analytics and 40% accounting/reporting.
