**Position Summary** The Trucking \& Rentals Coordinator oversees trucking and rental equipment needs for jobs across Florida and out\-of\-state, ensuring materials and rentals are covered, all required paperwork is in place, and approvals are handled through the office. This role manages the daily trucking schedule (dispatch), communicates with drivers and Project Managers throughout the day, and documents rental equipment condition to protect the company from unnecessary fees or damage claims. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * **Trucking \& Rentals Oversight (Florida \& Out\-of\-State)** * Oversee trucking and rental equipment needs for jobs across Florida and out\-of\-state, making sure all materials and rentals are covered. * Ensure all required paperwork is completed and in place for trucking and rental equipment. * Handle trucking and rental approvals through the office. * Communicate with the Fleet Department on the equipment ready\-to\-use list before equipment is moved to a job site * Project Manager Communication/ Fleet Department * Communicate with Project Managers weekly to review their trucking, material, and rental needs. * Follow up on emails in a timely manner. * Obt...
