**About the Role:** CBRE is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Functional Finance team at corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. This role operates in an AI\-forward finance environment where team members are expected to actively leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting quality, and drive smarter business partnerships. As part of the Functional Finance team, you will serve as a dedicated finance business partner to CBRE's corporate functional leaders, supporting cost management, headcount planning, and financial reporting across functions such as Finance, HR, Technology (D\&T), Legal, and Marketing. You will work closely with functional cost center owners and senior finance leadership to deliver actionable insights that support enterprise\-wide cost transformation and planning objectives.
