Overview: **Job Purpose** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical QC Auditor to join our team. As a QC Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's origination operations adhere to the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Audit mortgage loan files for compliance with state/federal regulations, adherence to agency underwriting requirements, industry underwriting standards, and/or client requirements. * Complete Loan Audit Report in professional manner, using correct grammar and ensuring wording for all findings are clear and easy to understand. * Be open and accepting of feedback and make changes within an acceptable time frame to your work/behavior based on the feedback given. * E\-mail daily production numbers to management daily. * Follow company policies and procedures; ensure work is completed accurately and timely. * Meet daily file review quota of 6 files in an 8 hour day with quality. * Work with Credit Audit Manager to ensure all audit goals are met. * Work with Credit Audit Manager to ensure Key Performance Measures are met. * Perform other duties as required or assigned. **Knowle...
